Your data, and how our AI features work

Several Glenmont Careers tools — including the Job Fit Analyzer, Resume Tailor, Cover Letter Writer, Interview Prep, Networking Message Generator, Salary Negotiation Planner, Skills Gap Planner and Career Pivot Analyzer — use generative AI to produce their output.

AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. It is guidance, not professional, legal, financial, or employment advice, and it is not a guarantee of any interview, offer, or outcome. Always review and edit anything you send to an employer, and verify facts (salary ranges, company details, requirements) before you rely on them.

We do not use your resume, uploads, documents, notes, or any content you enter to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models — ours or anyone else's.

When you run an AI tool, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider only to generate that specific result and is returned to you. Our providers are contractually bound not to use content submitted through our account for model training.

We store your account details, the documents and inputs you save (resumes, job postings, saved jobs, pipeline entries), and the results the tools generate — so your history is there when you come back. Usage counts are recorded so we can apply plan limits.

Your saved content is private to your account and protected by per-user access rules at the database level. Team members do not browse member content; limited access may occur only where necessary to support you or to investigate abuse or a security issue.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your plan, billing dates, and payment history so you can view them in your account.

• You can delete any saved analysis, cover letter, or document from within the tool that created it.
• You can cancel a paid membership at any time from your account page.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us — we will remove it, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
• Avoid pasting information you do not want stored, such as government ID numbers or medical details.
